libgo7-dbg-ppc64el-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgo7-dbg-ppc64el-cross
libgo7-dbg-ppc64el-cross is installed in your system.
